Camarillo Ranch 9th Annual Holiday Candlelight Gala
SMP Catering served the appetizers and desserts for over 400 guests at this event! We also provided the tables, chairs and decorations. Steven Marshall Productions is honored to be one of Camarillo Ranch’s selected caterers.
SMP served tasty Thai Peanut Chicken Skewers coated with a crispy Macadamia and Cashew Nut crust, served with a Peanut, Coconut and Lime Dipping Sauce. There was also savory Tomato, Sun-Dried Tomato, Garlic, Basil and Feta Bruschetta Served on House Crostini. And Asparagus and Cheese Souffles with Creme Fraiche and Cavair. As well as our ever popular meatballs in savory currant and grape chile sauce.
