Are you bored with having to rely on fast food vendors when you host an event, business meeting or luncheon? If your company is throwing an awards/appreciation dinner, holiday event, or any special celebration – Steven Marshall Productions can prepare an exquisite gourmet meal for your occasion.

If you need help planning your event as a whole, Steven Marshall Productions works with local event planners and can help you with every fine detail of your event. Whether it’s every minute detail you need help with or just a few rentals, Sterling Cuisine can help make the planning less stressful for you so you can concentrate on the other important aspects. If you already have your venue established, depending on that site’s rules and regulations – you have the option of the following:

  1. Meal Drop Off – in which we will deliver your food to your designated location. If you wish to have us set up we will, or you may set it up

  2. Buffet – Depending on how many guests you are expecting at your event, we strongly suggest having a Sterling Cuisine team member per every 20 guests in a buffet set up, especially if you are having a coffee/tea service or dessert table with a chocolate fountain. This way your food display tables will continue to look just as lovely as they did when you first walked in.

  3. Full Service – The amount of servers you need for your event will depend on how many guests and tables you have and what kind of meal we will be serving. With a five-course meal, to ensure superb service, we would recommend one server for every two tables.

Steven Marshall Production’s Clean-Up Service is only a minimal fee and will be included in a buffet and full service set up.
