Chef Marshall takes those words to heart. He founded Steven Marshall Productions with a deep commitment to quality and taste. We use only the finest organic ingredients, fresh from local farms and suppliers. Everything we make is prepared from scratch in our own kitchen, right down to the sauces and marinades. You can rest assured that all the food for your event will be made fresh for you with the greatest care and attention to detail.
In our industry you find a lot of specialists; they focus on one area of catering, limit their menu, or only serve the appetizers and main courses and coordinate with a local bake shop for the rest. Here, Chef Marshall thrives on variety and loves to be challenged. He enjoys coming up with custom dishes for a client’s event. And there is not a genre of cuisine we do not accommodate and virtually everything we serve is made in house. We start with homemade jams and sauces, create our own fresh bread and pastry, marinate and prepare our own meats, create fresh sides and dressings and finish it all off with extraordinary desserts.
