This lovely holiday party in Santa Monica included a full menu of appetizers, entrees and dessert. SMP Catering also provided hot and cold beverages, decorating and entertainment. A classical pianist played holiday music in the background as guests socialized and enjoyed the holiday menu.
The Appetizer Station held: Rosemary Shrimp Skewers with Citrus Pesto, Tomato, Sun-Dried Tomato, Garlic, Basil & Feta Bruschetta, Roasted Red & Yellow Pepper Tapenade with Capers & Champagne Vinegar and of course the Cheese Platter. An Assortment of Brie, Aged Cheddar, Havarti, Gruyere, Fontina & Gouda ~ Assorted Crackers, Apricot Fig Sauce, Eggplant Caponata & Assorted Candied Nuts (Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews & Pecans.)
The Main Dish Station contained: a light but festive menu of: Spinach Salad with Bacon, Crimini Mushrooms, Sautéed Radishes and Boiled Egg Slices Tossed in a Light Balsamic Bacon Vinaigrette ~ Parmesan Chicken Caprese-Style, Penne Melanzana – A Penne Pasta Dish with Grilled Eggplant, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Tomatoes, Shaved Garlic, Ricotta Cheeses & Basil in our light House Marinara.
The Cold Beverage Station included: refreshing lemon water and a sparkling Apple Pomegranate Fruit Punch. While the Hot Beverage Station had premium coffee, tea & hot cider. For dessert we served Mini Carrot Cakes with Ginger Vanilla Bean Cream Cheese Frosting, White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut Cookies, Pumpkin Bars, Bite Size Double Chocolate Espresso Brownies & a Neopolitan Trio of Cheesecake Squares.
